TDBFP To MDBFP changeover
- Take MDBFP out from its Standby Position.
- Close Solenoid valve SOV-92,SOV-93, Scoop will be adjusted to 0% and Discharge valve will be closed with its IBV
- Give ON command to MDBFP.
- Increase scoop to develop pressure
- At around 40 ksc .Open MDBFP Discharge valve
- Keep on increasing scoop till it matches with running TDBFP Discharge Pressure & Flow >550 tph
- When Discharge Pressure is equal and flow is that sufficient, it gives permissive to close MDBFP R/c valve,
- Close MDBFP R/c Valve while give negative bias to TDBFP and Open its r/c Valve
- Take out TDBFP from Remote to Local
- Start unloading it to around 4000 rpm and flow>200 TPH
- Take a round of the MDBFP and observe Parametrs of MDBFP, if found ok,
- Trip the TDBFP
