MOT Lube Oil Filter Changeover

1. Close the drain of filter to be taken in service
2. Crack Open the vent
3. Open the Equalising line
4. Wait for 5 minutes to fully fill(prime) the filter
5. Switch the Changeover valve
5. Close the vent valve
6. Close the Equalising line
7. Open the vent of dirty filter
8. Open the drain of dirty filter
9. Observe if there is any the fall in level of MOT tank( check with CCR) and rise in LOT level in CF room
10. Now the dirty filter is drained ans depressurized. Inform TMD to clean
11. Stop the DC EOP
12. After clearance from TMD
13. Cross-check filter to be primed is bolted or not
14. Close the drain.
15. Crack Open the vent
16. Open the Equalising line
17. Wait for 5 minutes to fully fill(prime) the filter
18. Now the filter is primed
19. Close the vent valve
20 . Close the Equalizing line valve
