MDBFP To TDBFP Changeover
- Reset Trip of TDBFP ( TDBFP Protection tab)
- After timer of 1 minute, Open TDBFP Exhaust valve (slowly watching vacuum)
- Reset Trip circuit, Open ESV by resetting
- Ensure TDBFP Turbine casing drain and vent are OPEN
- If, Casing temperature is ambient, soak TDBFP at speed 1500 rpm
- Then when it reaches 100 Deg, again give speed to 3000 rpm
- When Temperature reaches 200 Deg, Give rpm to 4000 rpm
- After that 4000rpm, 4500 rpm, 4800 rpm, 5000 rpm
- After that match Discharge Pressure with MDBFP
- When TDBFP's flow is sufficient (>550 tph) and developing pressure near to MDBFP, Close its r/c valve and simultaneously Open MDBFP r/c valve and give negative bias to MDBFP and take scoop in manual
- Put TDBFP on Remote from Local,
- Decrease Scoop and run MDBFP with flow around 225 tph and take a round of TDBFP .
- After waiting for around 15 minutes , Trip MDBFP and put it on standby
