Feeder COC Not running
- Reduce load of the Feeder up to 20 TPH
- Send Operator to close Feeder inlet chain gate
- As Feeder supply of coal is been cut, feed rate will decrease to 0
- Feeder will Trip on No coal flow, if not Trip the Feeder.
- Send operator to Open the mill reject.
- Wait till the Mill current comes to No load current.
- Slowly reduce the air flow to zero by regulating CAD.
- Trip the Mill
- Close the Feeder seal air valve and Feeder Outlet valve. If not, inform C&I personnel to do so.
- Isolate Feeder power supply from switch-gear and lock the module.
- Raise Job card in SAP
