- Ensure the CEP is Mechanically & Electrically normal
- Ensure the CEP you want to take in service in standby(Vent Open, Outlet valve open, R/c valve greater than 60% open)
- Give On command to CEP
- As discharge header pressure starts increasing, Start Opening the r/c valve of CEP- you want to take out of service
- As the CEP is fully loaded and discharge header pressure is not in rising trend
- Give Stop command to other CEP
- And put that CEP in Auto Standby mode and wait till it displays, Ready Standby
- Ensure there is no abnormality in local by sending operator.
- Observe parameter, if any deviation found, take immediate action.
