TG Vacuum Pump Change-over

• Ensure SLC vacuum pump is ON
• Send operator in local to drain the vacuum pump casing
• Give ON command to sealing Recirculation pump
• After 3-5 seconds, Give ON command to Vacuum pump
• As the DP greater than 0.15 ksc Open Permissive to Solenoid operated vacuum inlet valve goes green, Open the solenoid valve
• Now , wait for few seconds and ask operator if their is any abnormality, take immediate action if found any
• Now, Give OFF command to Solenoid valve of other running vacuum pump
• Give OFF command to Vacuum pump and then OFF sealing water Recirculation pump.
• Observe vacuum
