- Ensure SLC vacuum pump is ON
- Send operator in local to drain the vacuum pump casing
- Give ON command to sealing Recirculation pump
- After 3-5 seconds, Give ON command to Vacuum pump
- As the DP greater than 0.15 ksc Open Permissive to Solenoid operated vacuum inlet valve goes green, Open the solenoid valve
- Now , wait for few seconds and ask operator if their is any abnormality, take immediate action if found any
- Now, Give OFF command to Solenoid valve of other running vacuum pump
- Give OFF command to Vacuum pump and then OFF sealing water Recirculation pump.
- Observe vacuum
