LIST OF ACTIVITIES AFTER UNIT LIGHT UP

(WARM/HOT START UP AFTER TUBE LEAKAGE)

1.	After purging, light up the boiler with ldo guns
2.	Start aph soot blowing from aux. prds
3.	Change over ldo to hfo guns (ensure hfo temp is around 110 0C at boiler front)
4.	Line up condenser vacuum pulling system & start vacuum pulling
5.	Maintain drum level within limit (ensure line up of ibd.cbd and ebd valves.
6.	Close boiler air vents at 3 ksc
7.	Charge ms line at 8 ksc (ensure opening of mal ms. Hrh strainer and hp bypass up stream drains)
8.	Open hp bypass spray manual isolating valve
9.	Close sh header drains
10.	Take coal mill in service (if required) to raise ms temp 30 0C above hp shaft mid temp for hot/warm rolling
11.	After coal firing, charge esp fields
12.	Line up sh/ rh spray system and try to maintain zero spray till synchronising   of m/c
13.	Switch on atrs programme for turbine rolling
14.	Ensure closing of gate v/v gearing at 250 rpm
15.	Ensure stopping of job at 250 rpm
16.	Soak turbine at 540 rpm for 20 minutes (if required)
17.	Inform sw. yard engr to close bus and line isolator of generator breaker
18.	Charge stator water, seal oil & hydrogen coolers at 540 rpm
19.	Raise turbine speed to 3000 rpm thro atrs (monitor turbine lub oil pressure, duplex filter choking and tg vibrations)
20.	Switch off atrs programme at 3000 rpm
21.	Close field breaker at 3000 rpm and build up generator voltage around 16.5 kv
22.	Set load limiter at 50mw, load set point at 30mw and load gradient 20 mw/min
23.	Switch on the synchronous scope and match synchronising  parameters
24.	Synchronise the machine when synchronous scope gives green signal
25.	Charge lp heaters and d/a extraction
26.	Put turbine drains slc on and close ms and hrh strainer
27.	At 30 mw, change over 6.6kv bus from statin to uat
28.	Raise fuel firing and generator load as per tse margin
29.	Charge hp heaters at 120mw
30.	Put machine in cmc mode after achieving full load
