Dadri-1: Pre-lightup checklist

 

Light up preparation Checklist

BOILER SIDE

1.       Deployment of CISF person(IOM & information  to CISF)(one person for Blr & Tur. Each)

2.       Ensure opening of manual isolating v/v of following

a.       CBD

b.       IBD

c.       MS-203 MS-204

d.      HRH-203,HRH-204

e.      IBD side drains of MS & HRH LINE

f.        Boiler vents

g.       SH vents

h.      SH Hdr. drains

i.         Isolating valves of ERV’s

j.        Boiler startup vent

3.       Ensure closing of following v/vs

a.       MS-1 & 2

b.      Low point drains

c.       SH/RH spray lines manual v/v

d.      HPBP spray line manual valve

4.       Firing preparation

a.       Aux steam header pressure adequate

b.      Aux steam header temperature to be raised by opening drain line before & after AS-21.

c.       APH soot blowing line through Aux. steam to be charged and blowing pressure to be checked by actual running of blower.

d.      Oil guns are put back and remote indication available for all the guns

e.      HFO is in short recirculation and temp is ~ 100⁰C.

f.        Service air pressure is adequate.

g.       Deluge system is charged for Firing floor.

h.      All mills air side normalized & Bkr are normal.

i.         Bottom Ash Hopper is filled and Seal trough is charged.

j.        All Fans supply normal & lube oil system running (Subject to no PTW pending).

5.       Vacuum pulling preparation

a.       Seal steam controller & bypass line, manual v/v are closed.

b.      Seal steam station first v/v & atmospheric drain is opened.

c.       Open AS_9  v/v and raise the seal steam temp to > 200⁰C.

d.      Seal water pump of vacuum pump is running & permissive available for running of vacuum pump.

6.       A.C System for C/r, AVR & thyristor room & VFD room temp. O.K.

Turbine side preparation

1.       Ensure opening of MAL drain v/v

2.       Start CW pump and maintain CW flow.

3.       Turbine barring & oil parameters are o.k.

4.       Seal oil parameters are o.k.

5.       Hotwell, Deaerator & CST level are O.K.

6.       Run CEP & BFP as per requirement.

7.       HPBP oil Pr. & pumps are O.K.

8.       Ensure manual and motorized  HPH-5 & 6 Extraction line drain opened.

Electrical Side preparation

1.       UAT-A & B breakers are racked in

2.       All SwGr. Charged from normal source.

3.       Ensure EMCC Bkr for unit at DG room is closed condition.

4.       Excitation supplies are O.K.

5.       DC drive trial is O.K.
