- Reduce Load to 300MW
- Start Unloading corresponding FD fan & increase loading of other FD Fan through blade pitch.
- Check for increase in suction flow & current of Fan (Which is to be kept in service )
- Follow SOP for stopping FD Fan
- After stopping FD Fan ,unload the corresponding ID fan gradually by reducing its IGV & VFD demand. Observe Furnace draught
- Before Stopping the ID fan & Ensure other ID fan got loaded in auto.
- Stop the ID fan once it is unloaded completely
- Close inlet & outlet gate of ID fan if required.
